1. Acceptance
By accessing or using PalmView, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use PalmView for someone else, you confirm that you have their permission to submit the palm image and receive the reading.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to accept these Terms in your location. Users who have not reached the age of legal majority may use PalmView only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your Google account and device secure.
3. Nature of the service
PalmView uses automated image analysis and AI-generated content to provide traditional palmistry readings and reflective remedies. Palmistry is not scientifically proven, and results may be incomplete or incorrect. They are provided for personal reflection and entertainment only.
PalmView does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial, employment, relationship, or other professional advice. Do not use a reading as the sole basis for an important decision.
4. Your content
You retain your rights in images and information you submit. You grant PalmView a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and improve the service and provide features you request.
You must not upload content you do not have the right to use, unlawful content, or content intended to harm, identify, impersonate, or exploit another person.
5. Paid remedies and Google Play purchases
Paid remedies are offered through Google Play as a one-time purchase. One successful purchase unlocks remedies for one specific palm reading. It is not a subscription and does not unlock remedies for every past or future reading.
The price and currency displayed by Google Play apply. Google Play processes payment and applies its cancellation and refund rules. If payment succeeds but remedies are temporarily unavailable, you can retry for that reading without purchasing again.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Probe, attack, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass security or payment controls.
- Automate requests, scrape results, or access another user’s account or reading.
- Submit malware, unlawful material, or content that infringes another person’s rights.
- Resell, misrepresent, or use PalmView output as professional or guaranteed advice.
- Use the service in a way that violates law, Google Play rules, or these Terms.
7. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features; impose reasonable limits; or perform maintenance. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or permanent compatibility with every device. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or violation of these Terms.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, PalmView is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. We do not guarantee any outcome described by a reading or remedy.
To the extent permitted by law, PalmView and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Privacy, deletion, and termination
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. You may request account deletion through the Account & Data Deletion page. We may terminate or suspend access for serious or repeated violations, fraud, abuse, or legal reasons.
10. Governing terms and contact
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India, without limiting mandatory consumer protections available in your country. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. These Terms may be updated, with the revised date shown here.
